A competitor in our skincare space was clearly doing something right on Instagram so I picked their account. Started going through comments post by post, all of them, not just recent ones. Then I started paying attention to which types of posts got the biggest reactions. Before this I had a whole messy spreadsheet thing going. The dashboard replaced that. Stories were saved in their own section which was something I kept using. By the end of the month my team was getting the same insights in a fraction of the time. We're probably saving four hours a week, maybe more.

I ended up going with an annual subscription for my social media work. I archive a lot, that's just how I work, so having everything auto saved is huge for me. I have a small restaurant, trying to build it up on Instagram. I connected a competitor's account and started seeing patterns like timing, who was engaging with their discount posts, when they brought in influencers. It clicked pretty fast. My only real wish is that something like this existed for other platforms too. But for Instagram it does what I need.

Main thing I wanted to figure out was why a competitor was outpacing us on Instagram. Hooked up their account and went through posts, stories, followers over time. I got the test offer on March 10 but didn't actually start until the 24th. I figured I'd wasted half the period but apparently they count from when you connect a profile, not when you sign up, which was a nice surprise. I'd been kind of guessing with seasonal content planning forever. Tracked a bigger ecommerce brand and the stories archive was the first thing that grabbed my attention. Anonymous browsing mattered for us too — didn't want our business account showing up in their views. Service works fine, but it's missing a few things I actually need. Not quite there for my use case.

Tried a few similar tools before this, all of them were garbage basically. Peekviewer at least delivers on what it says. Features work so i'm keeping it

I like the dashboard. stories, posts, followers all sorted, no digging around like I have to on insta. got two plans for public and private accounts. they also gave me some bonus time for the wait which i didn't expect

Mandatory tool for work. I use it mostly to check competitors in my niche. Insta feed is chaotic now, I hate it. Here I just open the dashboard and see what I need. There are other features I haven't really explored but these are enough for me.

Everything in one place is the thing that keeps me using it. stories, posts, followers, no switching between apps. a bit pricey but i need it for work so whatever. runs smoother on desktop than on my phone, mobile is fine but not as clean
