Found out about the test period through social media, got an email with the details. The team was really straightforward about everything, short and clear, which already put me in a good mood. I connected one of my own projects to it. The comments reader and story viewer are both solid but interaction insights is the thing I keep coming back to. Was using it to prep for a fashion campaign and it changed how I approached the research phase. So, I can say that tool is good.

I didn't just test Peekviewer, I also went and read all the other reviews I could find, which is just how I approach things. Main takeaway from those is that they did a full dashboard redesign not long ago and it's apparently better now than it was. My experience: I could browse posts without handing over my Insta login at all, which was a requirement for me. Switching between accounts is clunky though. Campaign research is a bit faster, but the thing that stuck with me most is how long it took to get into the platform after signing up, sat waiting longer than I should have.

Before: pre-meeting prep for wellness brand clients meant five open tabs, manually screenshotting, hoping I hadn't missed something from the last few days. After: I open the dashboard and it's already there. Engagement data, audience stuff, all in one place. The anonymous side changed how I do influencer checks too because I can actually look properly without any weird social footprint. A few weeks in and going back to the old way felt genuinely annoying. That's usually how I know something's changed my workflow vs just being a nice extra.

Basic setup: connect an account, Peekviewer pulls everything into a dashboard. Updates on its own so content's there even if I haven't checked in a few days. I didn't share my Instagram login at all. Used a bunch of viewer tools before this, most are either outdated or trying to do fifteen things. This one just does one thing well, clean view of whatever profile you're tracking. My one gripe is one profile per subscription, that's going to be a limit for people with bigger workloads. But for focused research on a single account it works well. Recommend.

I don't need to use insta on my phone for work anymore ahaha. just open this when I need to check something. public profiles load fast, private ones take longer, that's annoying. but nothing else worked the way I needed so I'm still here

Service is okay. Highlights access was the thing that stood out. Most tools don't show them but here I could see everything. I had one issue where nothing was updating and I thought it had stopped working. So I texted support and they fixed it the same day

Follower updates are my favourite part. you can see who joined a profile and when, same with likes and comments. a bit expensive but there's nothing else like it so what can you do
