What I liked most is just how easy it was to study someone's work without getting sucked into Instagram itself. I used it mostly on my tablet, going through a travel creator's older stuff, new stories, how she edits. The anonymous viewing made it feel less weird. No risk of accidentally liking a post from 2022 at 1am lol. The only thing I'd change is better sorting for saved content, right now it's a bit scattered when you've saved a lot. But overall it did what I needed.

Okay so the story viewer is so useful. I was tracking a meme page in my niche to figure out their posting schedule and which formats were working. Browsing without logging into my Instagram kept me way more focused, no reels spiral. Content isn't fully live, there's a bit of a lag, but for research purposes that doesn't really matter. If you're using Instagram for actual professional stuff rather than just scrolling, the difference between using this vs the app is noticeable.

Got into a routine with it pretty fast. I'd open the dashboard in the morning, go through comments and likes on whatever profile I was tracking, save ideas. That was kind of it but it added up. Researching trends without using my real account made the whole thing feel more relaxed. Hard to explain but when you're logged in you're kind of always performing even when you're just browsing. After a month my content planning felt a lot less random. It's the kind of tool where you just stop guessing so much.

Didn't expect to keep using it after the test period but here I am. Most of these tools feel overbuilt or kind of fake in what they claim to do. This one was simple enough that I just opened it and used it. I spent a few weeks going through one fast-growing creator in my niche. The anonymous browsing is what makes it worth trying honestly. Instagram's whole thing is designed to pull you in and I find that it genuinely kills my focus. This is just cleaner. So yeah, stuck with it.

UI is simple which i appreciate. i hate tools that make you feel dumb just to find a button. downloads work fine, saved a bunch of posts already. quality is good, not blurry like some other apps i tried

Best thing for me is downloading posts directly. i save references for work and Instagram makes that annoyingly difficult. here it's just click and done. also the analytics on accounts is useful, didn't expect to use that as much as i do

Peekviewer has content that is way more organised than on Instagram. I can find what I need without scrolling forever. Everything's in order by day which sounds simple but makes a real difference

Download quality surprised me. saved some videos and they look exactly like they did on Instagram, not compressed at all. had to pay extra for that feature but it's worth it
